The program to ingrain a mentor in every classroom
Our Teacher Training program instills a deep understanding of core pedagogical principles, child development stages, and subject matter expertise. This program provides an exiting opportunity for teachers to embrace theory with hands-on experience through classroom observations, mentored practice teaching, and opportunities to experiment with innovative methods.
We equip teachers with strategies to cater to diverse learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and effective classroom and train them on using technology effectively to enhance learning, manage classrooms, and personalise instruction. We focus on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) to develop teachers’ skills to nurture students’ social and emotional well-being which in turn enables the teachers to create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Our training team unleashes the potential of teachers by encouraging them to self-reflection through journaling, peer feedback, and reporting for continuous improvement. We nurture leadership skills in teachers to advocate for students, collaborate with colleagues, and potentially move into future leadership roles. Moreover, we connect trainees with resources and opportunities for continued learning throughout their careers.
